We provide Standard Shipping Rate on orders. Standard Shipping Rate offer is valid on orders shipped within the continental U.S. only (Contiguous 48 states). KeyboardForBlondes.com reserves the rights to change or end this shipping offer at any time.
Shipping Methods:
KeyboardForBlondes.com delivers merchandise through various carriers such as USPS (US Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and offers various shipping methods such as Ground, Priority Mail , Express Mail and Overnight Mail. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. Delivery times may be longer for items that require ground-only shipping. We offer USPS Priority Mail only to orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Military addresses with an additional $10 shipping charge. We follow the policy of not charging your credit card more than 30 days in advance of product delivery date.
Sales Tax:
No Sales tax, except on orders shipped within the state of Florida. Florida law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product and must be included when sales are calculated.

Returns & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We encourage you to check your item(s) when you receive the order. If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. These items you request to return or exchange must be completely unused and in new condition with original packaging and accessories. 15% restocking fee may apply. In order to return or exchange, please call us to request a Return Authorization Code before sending back any item. NO returns/exchanges will be accepted without a Return/Exchange Authorization Code. KeyboardForBlondes.com will not refund or exchange your purchase if item is in un-sellable condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of return postage. Once you get the Return Authorization Code, please send the items back to us at: KeyboardForBlondes.com, 36 Via Verona Street, Palm Beach Gardens, Fl 33418. Please include your order number and a short note explaining what you would like to exchange for or return for a refund, along with the reason you want to exchange or return. We will process your request for a refund or an exchange as necessary when we receive your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed from the date that we receive returned merchandise.
